Producer / Reporter / HostKoraleen Jarvis is Mining Industry TV’s, Producer, Reporter, and Host.
She is a Video Journalist with a multi-talented background in the creative Production Industry. Koraleen has a wide range of skills and knowledge as she has worked in Film and Commercial Production, Interior Design and Decorating, Radio and TV Broadcast Journalism.
Koraleen has a Diploma in Broadcast Journalism, from BCIT, a degree in Art History with a minor in Philosophy from UBC, and a Business Administrations Marketing Diploma, from SAIT. She has also studied Interior Design at BCIT and taken numerous film courses from the Vancouver Film School and Capilano College.
When not working on the show. Koraleen enjoys painting, vintage furniture shopping, fabric shopping in Little India, helping friends make over their homes, and watching movies in her spare time…which she never seems to have enough of.

ReporterSarah joins Mining Industry TV following a move to Vancouver and a desire to sample life on the west coast. Originally from Toronto Sarah is thrilled to be working with such an experienced team, and to be putting her communication skills to good use. Her broadcast career began at a small station north of Toronto where she covered everything from local news features to community events. Sarah then went on to work at A Channel in Barrie Ontario, as a news reporter. She graduated with honours from Toronto’s Seneca College in 2004 where she studied broadcast journalism. In her spare time Sarah can be found curled up with a good book, practicing her golf game or exploring the city!

Director of PhotographyThe MITV production team is lead by Director of Photography, Kevin Martells. Kevin has 10 years of Emmy Award winning broadcast television experience under his belt. He has worked for CBS, NBC, “Shopping Bags.” “The National,” and “Market Place,” for CBC. Kevin is known for his outstanding work during Hurricane Katrina for CBS News, where he captured amazing footage from downtown New Orleans. Kevin is recognized by the Industry as one of the top Cinematographers in the country.

Production CoordinatorDonald joins Mining Industry TV out of the audio/visual field, where he worked as a tech since graduating with a diploma in Television Broadcast Media Communication from BCIT.
Donald has been in, and around the Film/TV industry for 7 years, with a broad knowledge, and a strong drive for hands on creativity. He is pleased to be apart of the team, and looks forward to the experience.
