Aurcana Corporation - ("Aurcana or the Company") is a Canadian junior mining company listed on the TSX Venture Exchange, symbol AUN. The company has 80% of the La Negra silver-lead-zinc-copper mine, 100% of the Shafter silver mine, and 100% of the Rosario silver-gold-lead-zinc exploration and development project. Due to the company's achievements in developing projects, it is realistic that Aurcana Corporation will soon be able to produce more than five million ounces silver annually. The 80% owned La Negra silver-lead-zinc-copper mine in Queretaro State, Mexico operates at 1,000 tonnes per day. The company is looking forward to increase production to 2,000 tonnes daily. The 100% owned Shafter silver mine in Presidio County, Texas is planning a start up in 15 months at production of 3.2 million ounces silver. Shafter owns a 43-101 silver resource of 24.6 million ounces Measured and Indicated and 22.8 million ounces Inferred. The 100% owned Rosario silver-gold-lead-zinc exploration and development project is located in the Sierra Madre precious metals belt, Sinaloa State, Mexico.
